Comprehensive Workplace First Aid 

This is an ideal workplace first aid course as it covers the full range of first aid you may need to provide in any emergency situation within normal to high-risk work environments. Other first aid providers call this course 'First Aid Level 2'.

If you have taken the Comprehensive First Aid course (from any provider) in the last 2 years, you will just need to sit our Recertification Course - click here for more information.

To be eligible, you will need to be over the age of 14 and want a thorough knowledge of first aid to be a certified first aider.

This course includes CPR training on adults, children and infants, AED demonstration and includes the ability to manage emergency situations. 

Public first aid classes - you can book online here and choose a day that is convenient for you. Our courses run from 8.30am to 5.30pm with weekday and weekend courses available. These are sessions for individuals wanting to join a public class. If you are looking for your business or a group, we recommend making an onsite group booking. See below.

Recognise and provide first aid for (NZQA unit standard 6400):

• Allergic reactions
• Heat exposure
• Hypothermia
• Crushing injuries
• Head injuries and concussions
• Eye injuries
• Crushing injuries
• Spinal injuries
  
• Triage - managing multiple casualties
